What this project means and Why it matters

The national mental health strategy for high performance sport is critical to improve mental health outcomes for all high-performance athletes, coaches and staff — helping to reduce stigma, promote resilience, and safeguard long-term health. Evaluating the strategy will help us to strengthen Canada’s sport system by prioritizing people, not just performance.
