Natalie Doucette

National Clinical Mental Health Lead

Natalie Doucette is a bilingual Registered Psychologist and CMPC. She has experience supporting national sport organizations, teams and individual coaches and athletes with various mental health and mental performance topics and issues across Alberta through her involvement with the Mental Health Network, CSI Alberta and the CCMHS. She is also currently supporting Team Alberta as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant in preparation for the 2027 Canada Winter Games.

What this project means and Why it matters

I believe that this project is of utmost importance as it will guide the continued advancement of the Mental Health Strategy for High Performance Sport in Canada. I look forward to this thorough review of the strategy’s progress, as findings will inform my role and future initiatives and programs that will continue to support the mental health of our Team Canada members.
